At the current moment, W/17 is open for business and deliveries.
We take the health of our staff and our patrons extremely seriously. We are committed to taking all the necessary precautions to keep our team and our clients safe and healthy during this global health crisis. Please bear with us as we navigate the current situation, particularly in regards to the official advice of the government.
Due to the current restrictions and regulations in place, we cannot guarantee specific delivery within a timeframe. Customers will be notified via e-mail once items have been dispatched from our warehouse.
We appreciate your continued understanding and support during these trying times.
We will endeavour to process all orders during our business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders received on non-business days and holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed from Makati City, Philippines.
The availability of any of our products cannot be guaranteed. If you ordered a product that is not available or has been delayed, we will notify you directly via e-mail or telephone.
W/17 is not responsible for the payment of any customs duty charged to the client. Please note that customs in the country in which a client resides may cause delay in delivery of the goods. It will be the responsibility of the client to pay any necessary charges for local authorities to release the purchased products. We regret to inform you that W/17 is not able to ship to all countries. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions regarding international deliveries.
The following are the regular shipping rates charged to clients when using W/17's in-house courier service.
Within Makati City Shipping is free of charge.
Within Metro Manila (excluding Makati City) Shipping fee is Php 2,500.00 per trip, except for small items.
Outside Metro Manila An ex-works deal will be arranged with the client.
Shipping quotations will be provided in a separate e-mail. Agreed shipping costs (air freight or sea freight) will be charged separately and are payable within 5 to 10 days from the date received.
