We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund or exchange. Requests outside of this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for any costs involved in returning the item.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com detailing the product purchased, the issue you have with it, and photographic evidence. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any damages and issues previously disclosed to the purchaser prior to purchase will not be accepted as reasons for return. This includes any damages and issues that were present in the product during product inspection by the purchaser, or agent of the purchaser, prior to purchase. As many of our products are handmade, this also includes any handmade imperfections or variations in our products that were present in the product during product inspection by the purchaser, or agent of the purchaser, prior to purchase.
We try to display our products on our website as accurately as possible. Please note, however, that photography can sometimes alter the color of our items. Furthermore, computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, and as such we cannot guarantee that colors will be exactly as they appear on your device. As many of our products are handmade, this also includes any handmade variations in our products. We recommend that prior to purchase you contact us at email@example.com and request for more up to date pictures of the exact product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items sold at a discounted price, or gift cards.
We do not issue exchanges. Please return your purchased item for a refund (following the instructions and terms outlined in this policy) and make a separate transaction for the new item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
