The Teddy lounge chair was designed by Viggo Boesen in 1936. The Teddy lounge chair was Boesen's interpretation of the popular earflap chair from the mid-19th century. The design is a brave manifesto, with the chair the first of its kind given in this natural material. All are the forms given by Boesen's philosophy of uniting the beautiful and sculptural with soft organic shapes, while the furniture is firmly constructed and thus durable.
The Teddy lounge chair is part of Sika Design's ICONS collection, where they revitalize iconic pieces of furniture from some of Europe's most skilled and important architects and designers.
The cushions which fit the chair are of high quality and comfort, they come in a variety of shades.
